Meet Dr. Scott Smith, DDS MD
Dr. Smith was raised in Houston, Texas and attended Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas where he earned his undergraduate degree in Biology. While at Southwestern University, he was also a member of the soccer and track & field teams. He then went on to graduate from dental school at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston, Texas. Following dental school, he was accepted into residency for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center where he also earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from McGovern Medical School. His residency included an internship in general surgery. Dr. Smith is a diplomat of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Smith resides in the Houston area with his wife and family. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, playing soccer and staying active.
